Diljit Dosanjh has confirmed the next leg of his Aura World Tour will bring him to Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi Stadium on November 21, 2026 - an announcement made during his sold-out performance at London's Wembley Stadium on September 12, where he became the first Punjabi artist to ever headline the venue.
Roughly 90,000 fans attended the Wembley show. Midway through the set, Diljit addressed the crowd directly, saying, "The world's biggest stadium is in India... how can a Punjabi not go there?" before switching to Gujarati to confirm the news: "Kem Cho, majaa maa? We're doing Live at Narendra Modi Stadium on 21st November."
Among the night's most talked-about moments was a tribute to Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, built around his classic "Sanson Ki Mala," with clips of the moment continuing to circulate online in the days since.
Narendra Modi Stadium, located in Motera, Ahmedabad, is the largest stadium in the world by seating capacity, with room for more than 130,000 people. The venue has previously hosted international cricket matches and Coldplay's sold-out concert in January 2025. The Ahmedabad show also marks a return to a city Diljit performed in during his Dil-Luminati India Tour in 2024, though at a considerably larger scale this time.
Following Wembley, Diljit is scheduled to continue the tour with stops in Birmingham on September 18 and Manchester on September 20, before heading to Ahmedabad in November. Ticket pricing and booking details have not yet been announced, with fans directed to official channels for updates in the coming days.
