Sidhu Moose Wala's "Signed to God World Tour," the late singer's first hologram concert experience, will launch at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena on October 8. Presale tickets for the show go live on Tuesday, August 25, with a free ticket giveaway also expected to be announced ahead of the event.
The tour will use 3D holographic technology to recreate Moose Wala's stage presence, built around his original vocals, cinematic visuals, stage effects, and live audience interaction. Unlike flat screens or projections, holographic technology uses light interference patterns to construct three-dimensional images that shift in perspective as viewers move, offering what organizers describe as a markedly different experience from a traditional tribute show.
Ten shows are planned in the tour's first phase across Canada, the U.K., and the U.S., including stops in London and Los Angeles. A new track and merchandise tied to Moose Wala are also set to launch at the Toronto show.
Moose Wala's father, Balkaur Singh, is expected to travel to Canada for the tour's launch. Singh confirmed that 10 shows have been planned across the three countries as part of this first phase.
The concert arrives at a moment when Punjabi music has continued to expand its global footprint, with artists from the genre now regularly performing to large audiences across Canada, the U.K., the U.S., and Australia. A large-scale hologram concert at a major international venue reflects that growth, while also pointing to newer, more experimental ways artists' music and legacies can be presented to audiences beyond a traditional live show. While hologram concerts have been staged internationally before, reports describe "Signed to God" as a potential first for a Punjabi artist at this scale.
Moose Wala, who was killed in May 2022, left behind a catalog that continues to resonate across generations and borders, with his music remaining a defining influence in contemporary Punjabi music. The October 8 show in Toronto marks the starting point for a tour organizers say is intended to bring his stage presence back to audiences in a new form, without attempting to replace the memory of his live performances.
