Last Minute India, the decade-old independent band known for emotion-led music, has announced its first India tour, taking the band across six cities: Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Siliguri, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
The tour kicks off in Mumbai on October 15, followed by Pune on November 15 and Kolkata on November 27. Dates for Siliguri, Delhi, and Bengaluru are yet to be announced.
The announcement arrives at a strong moment for the band's independent catalog as "Ab Mai Kya Karun" has crossed one million streams on Spotify, "Kaagaz Ki Naav" has crossed two million and "Rehnuma" sits at over a million. The band also recently collaborated with T-Series on "Udd Chale," a track that marks another step in the group's presence within the indie space.
Last Minute India's origins trace back to a group of college friends and engineers making music between lectures, a starting point that's since grown into consistent releases and live performances. The band has performed at Zomaland and shared stages with artists including Farhan Akhtar, Benny Dayal, and Jasleen Royal. They were also part of Spotify India's founding batch of Radar artists, a program built to spotlight emerging homegrown talent early in their careers.
The upcoming tour represents a significant milestone for a band that has spent roughly a decade building its sound and audience independently. The tour marks what the band is positioning as a new chapter in a journey that's unfolded gradually over the past ten years.
